OMG OMG OMG, I found the breakaway series last year and fell IN LOVE with AHtU, I mean, I was going on 5 months of artist's block and I was just immediately inspired by that book. I now stalk you feverishly, waiting for updates on FFF. Oh, by the way, I'm looking for any book recs that are very, very gay and happy and a little angsty and overall exactly like your books, i've read icebreaker already, and anything like your book series and like that would be amazing!! Sending love from Cincinnati and dreaming of one day meeting you in person. XOXO.

I just finished all three of your books, and I just wanted to say, I loved them! They were super sweet and adorable, definite fanfic vibes in the best way. Plus a refreshing lack of third act breakup! I was wondering, do you have any recs for books with similar vibes?

Thank you so much! Hm. I'm honestly not sure what the "vibes" are, but if you're looking for a queer book with lots of hockey, mental health rep, and an optimistic ending, "Icebreaker" (Graziadei) is excellent. If you're looking for excellent banter/fun background characters with 0 hockey, minimal angst, and a happy ending, I just finished "A Lady for a Duke" (Hall) and loved every minute. If you want Spanish-speaking folks having their coming-of-age moment (no hockey) (fantasy), Cemetery Boys by Aiden Thomas is fab. In general, if I want queer books with solid writing and happy endings I'll read anything by Casey McQuinston and TJ Klune. Actually I could talk about this for a while, I think I should just...make a post reccing books soon, maybe!

I’m living for the home reno updates! The sense of style is IMPECCABLE! The cover art is absolutely stunning! Can’t wait for the book to be released 😍! Do you know which supplier your publisher will be going with in Australia know that Booktopia is under administration? Will there be a preorder?
